Healy Milne Law accepts Law Students in the Fall, Spring, and Summer semesters. Interns are valued members of the Healy Milne Law staff , L2 and L3 students are encouraged to apply, we also welcome International Students.
The internship will involve all aspects of the law office such as legal document preparation, contract and other document review, handling correspondence, client interaction, research and other daily law office responsibilities in a wide range of legal fields including tax law, business law, and estate planning. This is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in multiple areas of law.
Past Interns
Soyo Gaoui (July 2008): Soyo Giaoui joined Healy, Milne & Associate, P.C. in July of 2008, as an intern. She is a French law student in Paris and is going to participate to a university exchange next fall with the University of Ottawa, Ontario. She wants to do a French master of European business law than become a lawyer. She is also thinking about applying for a L.LM in the USA or in Great Britain, in order to enlarge her legal knowledge. At her spare time, she likes traveling, watching films and reading. She came to Healy, Milne and Associates, P.C. in Texas to get a unique experience and to learn about USA legal practices.
